Im Alive!
Okay, I just want to first apologize for not blogging in a long time. Our internet has been down and its just been really frustrating. Anyways, I am feeling 100 times better now. I got over the sickness, and although I still have some minor health problems everything is fine. Thank you for all who were praying for me while I am here, it means a lot to me. I miss home a ton. I have never been homesick my whole life, but I was a while back. I am over it now and ready to press on to what God has planned for me the rest of my stay. Yes, I am staying! We recently started our interviews for the case profiles that we are doing for all 160 sponsored children we have here. We have done 7 interviews, so we have a long way to go. It is very time consuming and very tiring, but we are doing it for the children. It is good to meet them all and just hear their stories. On March 13, we are heading back up the Copperbelt to Kabwe where we are going to be doing 60 interviews in about 5 days. How? I have no clue. We are relying on Gods strength because it is nearly impossible to get them all done seeing an interview takes just over an hour. Before I got sick we had gone up to Mansa and Musonda Falls to set up the program there. We were almost shot because they thought we were terrorists coming to blow up the power plant, but besides that, it all went well. My Fathers House orphan home #3 is just about done being built so a widow and 5 double orphans should be moving in soon. The president of Zambia might be coming for the grand opening, so that is really exciting to see that someone of that level will come. Anyways, thats all for now. I hope to continue to blog more often now since our computers are up and running! Take Care!
