Kimmer has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. We first met at Starbucks in London Heathrow Airport. Soon after we toured London and then headed to Zambia. I thought she was a sheltered girl from a big family that was so spiritually 'there'. After 2 months of surface friendship everything came out when I was sick. We let all of our feelings come out and it made us grow closer to eachother and God as well. Things grew much better and deeper after that. Then came an unforgettable easter weekend. I dont even want to tell you what happened, but lets just say issues over a guy brought us closer than ever. I spilled my life story and we just sat there in tears. By Gods grace we had broken through whatever was holding us back.
Now.. I can say with every bone in my body and every ounce of love in my heart that she is truely my best friend and sister. I love her to pieces. She is the only one who knows what I have been through in Zambia. We cant hide anything from eachother. We went from sleeping in seperate rooms on road trips to the same bed.
The highlight of our friendship was Victoria Falls. We sat in the mist of the falls yelling and screaming and praising God for what He has done for us. We are sisters by the Grace of God. She has been such an inspiration in all aspects of my life and I thank God for her everyday.
Kimmer... I love you and miss you dearly... In 3 weeks.. you will get that hug at the airport. Love ya girl....
