Wow.... today was overwhelming even thought I was so relaxed.
I had today off of work so we did some yardwork than headed to the beach for a while. It was the temperature, the breeze and the smells that got to me most.
It felt like a Canadian summer afternoon. Even just stepping outside tonight I could hear the frogs and everything reminded me of home. I felt like I was camping again in Osoyoos like I did when I was little. The temperature is comfortable, the air is still now and its very peaceful outside.
It makes me miss home and all the memories that were created there with close family and friends. I miss you guys...

I miss you too!! Did you know I have a picture of us in my living room. The one you gave me for my birthday that one year -- from our trip to Kelowna to check out UBCO. I love it.
