This is my 400th post and unfortunately it won't be too exciting....
Sorry this is all baby talk but there is nothing else going on in my life at the moment.
I continue to wait for our little guy to arrive. I feel very calm and am just waiting for him to be ready. I'm not trying all the traditional myths (raspberry leaf tea, pineapple, spicy food etc) to get labour going as I feel there is no way to actually prove they work. I am taking long walks because I need to keep moving. Well actually, yesterday I did mow the lawn with hopes of bringing on labour but to no avail. It was really hot out and I struggled big time! After I had a cold shower, I was out for the rest of the day. Lesson learned...
My hips have taken a turn for the worse and are so sore when I sleep. I've been having warm baths before bed and it seems to ease the pain a little bit.
I'm now just 4 days off of my due date. But due dates really don't mean much as babies usually don't arrive on that date! Barney is hoping for the baby to come on Sunday so he can call in sick to his second job. Haha.... I'd laugh if that actually happened but I highly doubt it.
Hopefully the next time I blog I will have more exciting news! I have my 40 week check up on Monday so hopefully the doctor tells me I'm making some progress. I'll pack my bags just in case :)
Until next time!
