3 Months

Wow! Where does the time go? Our baby boy is 3 months old and has changed so much. I was just looking at pictures of when he was born and he was so little!

He never stays still.... always kicking his chubby little legs.

I am happy to say he is sleeping really well at night. He generally cat naps and cluster feeds in the evenings, has a bath, another feed then in bed by 9-930. He then sleeps until anywhere from 430-6am. He is so close to sleeping right through. Yay! After that early morning feed, he goes back to bed until around 9. Pretty much 12 hours with one feed. I'm not complaining!

These eyes will get him out of a lot of trouble!

He now loves playing on his mat and grabs at his toys. Sometimes he will lie there for up to an hour just playing by himself while I cook or clean up. We also put him in a walker as he can hold his head up. He cant reach the ground so we put a pillow under is feet. He pushes the buttons on his musical keyboard and he is content! Things are definitely getting easier as he gets older.

We have been having unseasonably warm weather. Our first day of winter was still over 20 degrees although it has cooled down quite a bit since then.

Loves bath time!

I bought a pump and have started pumping some milk to store in the freezer until we need it. We did try giving Myles a bottle and he sort of took it. He would suck on it but the milk was coming out to fast so I need to get some bottles with a slower flow and he should be okay. He takes a soother fine and has taken some water from a bottle before. We just need to find a sitter and maybe we can go on a date!

As he continues to grow, so does my heart. I'm not an emotional person but when I see him learning new things, I sometimes feel my eyes well up. We love our little man so much!
