Poor Baby

Just when we thought Myles was getting better, he is sick again. He went back to day care for one day and came home sick. Infection on his face, double ear infection and cutting more teeth.

He's fairly happy during the day, he is just very sad through the night and has trouble sleeping.

We are considering taking him out of day care as he is always sick. I know it is common for the first year and he is building his immunity, but why pay for day care if he hardly ever goes? It also means I have to call in sick to work to take care of him. Thankfully, I have wonderful bosses who totally understand and have no issues with me taking time off of work.

If we did take him out of day care, I would just work 2 nights a week and work Saturdays which does take away from family time but might just be for the best. There are lots of play groups etc we can attend during the week to keep him socializing which could be a great alternative.

We are going to wait a couple more weeks and see how things progress and make a decision then.

Time to go cuddle my sick boy....
