Rainy Days

It has been raining for a few days straight now and yesterday it began to get worse. Our yard was beginning to flood when we went to bed and was nearly all flooded by morning!

Our veggie garden is all flooded too so we will have to pull out the veggies today.

This corner below is the worse and I would estimate its about 20-30cm at its deepest. Thankfully our front yard is fine as it is slightly higher up.

I am not at all complaining as the farmers inland are getting heaps of rain which is needed as they are in a drought! Also, many towns near by had to be evacuated as they are by the river and the river has burst its banks.

Thankful for a warm, dry home!
